13 June 2022: ACIN, the London insurance market’s diversity-focussed social enterprise, has forged a two-year agreement with Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk advisor. ACIN will help Marsh to further diversify its London insurance workforce, and strengthen the broker’s work towards diversity through an enhanced focus on educational events, recruitment, mentorship, and other activities that will improve the breadth and experiences of the firm’s Black, Asian, and other ethnic minority employees.
Marsh already has a strong Multicultural Network colleague resource group, which was established in 2019. Alongside its equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives, Marsh is also focussing on increasing ethnic diversity in its graduate and early careers recruitment. Its new partnership with ACIN will extend the reach of those initiatives, and bring a powerful outside perspective to the good work of Marsh to improve upon its diversity achievements.
