The Afro-Caribbean Insurance Association (ACIA) is now accepting applications for its 2019/20 Scholarship Programme. The scholarship will cover the sum of £20,000 with CASS business school meeting the rest of the tuition fees for the one-year MSc in Insurance and Risk Management at Cass Business School. With the help of this Scholarship Programme, the ACIA aims to encourage and inspire more Afro – Caribbean candidates to consider careers within the insurance industry as well as creating access to wider opportunities.

Scholars are expected to be drawn from areas of the UK considered to be relatively lacking in opportunity, and from homes where the income is lower than for median UK households.

This scholarship offers eligible candidates the chance to gain invaluable insights into the insurance industry. As part of the Scholarship Programme, Scholars will be assigned a mentor from the ACIA’s network and will have the opportunity to strengthen their chances in the job market..
